Whilst we all may think of the humble mattress as being an object we see in our homes that we use to just relax and sleep on, there are in many different kinds to choose from and it’s important that we pick the one which is best suited to our body, our health and the way we sleep.Studies say that we spend a third of our lives in bed, but the reality is different. We sleep 20% less than we did 100 years ago so our mattresses are getting a little less use.
